Hello and welcome to my home, the beautiful “House of Dreams”. I am Kathleen Hurley, the innkeeper at Casa de Suenos. I purchased this inn in July 2001 and fulfilled my “dream” of owning and operating a bed and breakfast in the historic and charming city of St. Augustine. My St. Augustine Bed & Breakfast is unlike many of the other Bed and Breakfast In St Augustine Florida; it truly is a “dream.”

Located in historic St. Augustine, this 1904 two-story Mediterranean inn features a classic stucco exterior with red tile roof, arched doorways, and lots of palladium windows. It is on the “carriage route”, still traveled today by horse drawn carriages. Enjoy the convenience of free on site parking at the inn. Five minutes away is the beach and water activities. Choose from five guest rooms, each with a private bath, three of the rooms have luxurious whirlpool baths and private outside balconies. All rooms have cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD players, compact refrigerators, and free WiFi access. There is an extensive video library available for your enjoyment.

Friday, Saturday, and holiday evenings – enjoy a social hour with other guests from 6pm – 7pm, complimentary beverages and snacks are provided. Breakfast is offered in the sunlit dining room. A full breakfast is served in an elegant, yet comfortable setting.
